Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / Network Engineer with RHCE, CCNA, and MCSA certifications to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange servers.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Perform server backups, disaster recovery planning, and security patching.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Work on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
• Provide IT support and resolve escalated technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
✅ CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
✅ MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
✅ Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and Networking.
✅ Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, VLANs, and network security.
✅ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
✅ Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and PowerShell scripting.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Knowledge of Cloud Security & DevOps.
✔ Experience with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux automation.
✔ ITIL Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
