System Administrator

Overview

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hospital information systems (HIS).
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• Support software applications related to hospital management, including EMR, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with NABH & JCI standards.
• Provide technical support for hospital staff and departments.
• Manage hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and biometric devices.
• Collaborate with vendors for software and hardware upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, policies, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a healthcare setting.
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud solutions.
✔ Experience with hospital IT applications (HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, ERP).
✔ Familiarity with NABH & JCI IT requirements and compliance.
✔ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
