Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement security measures to protect systems from cybersecurity threats.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure system updates, patches, and routine maintenance are performed.
- Work closely with IT teams to deploy new applications and technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to employees.
- Document system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software solutions.
Qualification:
Any degree in Computer Science
Experience:
Fresher
