Designation: System Administrator (Incident Management)
Experience: 0- 2 Years
Office Location: Pune
- Candidate should be able to handle incident management process
- Must have good knowledge on ITIL terms like SLA, KRA, KPI etc.
- Work experience on ticketing tool will be added advantage.
- Should have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action.
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to higher level of support
- Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions
- Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Promptly allocate tickets to concern team.
- Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruption
