Overview

Job Description

Set up and configure computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with computer systems.

Ensure the security of IT infrastructure.

Assign and maintain user access.

Respond to employee concerns related to IT.

Manage servers, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure.

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

Qualification : Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking or relevant.

Experience : 2-5 years
