Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 3+ years of experience in managing and maintaining both network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and optimization of our IT systems, delivering high availability and performance to support organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Administration:
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliability and security.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Respond to network outages and performance issues promptly.
• Server Administration:
• Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and services.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patch management and backups.
• Ensure server security through best practices and access controls.
• Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Systems Support:
• Provide Level 2/3 support for system and network-related issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and new implementations.
• Security and Compliance:
• Monitor and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats.
• Implement and enforce compliance with organizational IT policies.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in system and network administration.
• Proficiency in managing network devices (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and server environments (Windows Server, Linux).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,658.31 - ?37,451.03 per month
