System Administrator JD

1. Desktop Laptop Hardware and Software troubleshooting

2. knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.

3. Familiarity with network protocols, configurations, and devices.

4. Understanding of operating systems

5. Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.

6. Knowledge of open source tools and when required need to implement

7. Managing Sophos firewall / Dlink Switch VLan

8. Image creations basic Photoshop knowledge

9. Windows Server – AD and Policy

10. HRM setup and manage with Vendor

11. Google worksheet / Google Forms / Microsoft forms

12. Managing Exchange admin its policies

13. Managing Email server and configured policy and quota as required (Office365)

14. Managing Email user, groups and its policies

15. Managing Cloud antivirus and its policies

16. Managing Sophos user, groups and policies

17. Managing SEO part

18. Blog Posting / Hosting knowledge / Blog writing

19. Managing Ticketing tool and updating settings when required.

20. Updating and Managing Company website

21. Implemented Quiz portal and managing

Support

1. Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and networking problems.

2. Document and track technical issues and solutions. (Ticketing systems/Helpdesk/cloud HRM)

3. Co-Ordination with OEM team and fix the issues

4. US shift timing (Night shift mandatory)

5. Experience level – 2 to 4 years
