Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Laptop/Desktop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to laptops and desktops, ensuring smooth operations in our electronics manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
• Perform OS installation, updates, and checks.
• Diagnose battery-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Inspect and repair faulty components in systems and laptops.
• Ensure all systems are updated and functioning optimally.
• Provide technical support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Hardware Networking Course (mandatory).
• Relevant certification or experience in laptop/desktop maintenance.
• Strong understanding of system diagnostics and problem-solving techniques.
