Job Position: System Administrator

Experience: 6 Months to 3 years

Location: Chennai

Skills: AWS Cloud, Azure, Troubleshooting and Support

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac Operating systems.
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees and clients.
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
• Performing regular security tests and security monitoring.
• Maintaining networks and network file systems (LAN).
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Knowledge in Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, routing technology, malware protection software and other processes.
• Install and test computer-related equipment.
• Create and verify backups of data on the server.
• Knowledge in Web hosting(Domain), SSL and Domain mapping Concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud concepts, Azure, Data Back & Recovery, Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Installing and maintaining MSSQL server and familiarity with SQL and database operations.
