Overview

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only male graduates with 0-2 years of experience are eligible
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, with 3 rotational shifts
• Must be willing to work from the office
• Qualification: Diploma in IT/Hardware Networking

Job Summary Key Skills Required

• Desktop troubleshooting .
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Linux/Ubuntu operating systems
• Strong experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of computer networks, IP addresses, routers, and general internet configuration

Responsibilities and Duties

• Resolve day-to-day desktop and internet-related issues
• User administration - setting up and maintaining accounts
• Quickly arrange repairs for hardware in the event of a hardware failure
• Monitor system performance and internet speeds
• Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems
• Regularly update the Linux OS, Windows OS, and relevant software
• Implement policies for the use of the computer system and network
• Setup security policies for users adding/ checking Anti-virus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
