Job Title: System Administrator

Experience: 4-5 Years

Salary: Upto 6.5 LPA

Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science or a related field

Location: Sultanpur, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and support Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Monitor server performance, security, and backup solutions to ensure data integrity.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) as per business needs.
• Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and ensure high availability.
• Perform patch management, OS updates, and security hardening for servers and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers for IT support and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Windows Server (2016/2019), Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall policies).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document processes and IT configurations effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, AWS/Azure Associate.
• Experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Exposure to SIEM solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
