Job Title: System Administrator
Location: J. P. Nagar, Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 2-3 years
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from office (Mon-Fri)
- IT System Management: Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, databases, and networking equipment.
- System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure seamless connectivity.
- Security: Implement firewalls, antivirus programs, encryption, security patches, and maintain network security measures.
- Backup & Recovery: Manage backups and disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work with IT teams for software and hardware deployment, and document system configurations.
- Server & Network Management: Set up and manage email, file, and web servers; manage user accounts and permissions.
- System Upgrades: Upgrade and migrate systems for secure and stable operations.
- Desktop Management: Manage and maintain 50+ desktops, ensuring smooth operations.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience with MS Exchange, Office 365, Windows Servers & Desktop; LAN/WAN administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of OS (Windows Server, Linux, macOS), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
