Overview
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage the IT infrastructure supporting our Automobile Service Operations, including workshops, service centers, spare parts management, and customer service systems. The role is critical in ensuring smooth service operations, data security, and system availability across all service locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking devices for service centers and workshops.
- Administer and support Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Service Management Platforms used in after-sales operations.
- Ensure smooth operation of job card systems, spare parts inventory management software, and other service-specific IT applications.
- Maintain connectivity and data sync between service centers, parts warehouses, and head office.
- Perform regular system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery drills.
- Manage user accounts, system permissions, and data access rights for service personnel.
- Ensure uptime and reliability of job card printing, service invoicing systems, and customer feedback platforms.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, monitor system logs, and respond to potential threats or breaches.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to service staff, technicians, and workshop managers.
- Support warranty claim systems, spare part ordering portals, and online service booking platforms.
- Coordinate IT needs for vehicle diagnostics systems, connected tools, and workshop devices.
- Work with third-party vendors for hardware maintenance, software updates, and system upgrades.
- Generate reports on system performance, security, and service data accuracy for audits and management review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
