System Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of systems and networks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.

- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.

- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Knoweldge on NVR / DVR / EPABX / IPBX / NAS / Biometric devices imporatant.

- Knoweldge on Windows Server and Server Hardwares.

- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 Years or experience.

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
