Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including Office 365, Azure, AWS, VPN, Full Disk Encryption (FDE), firewall, and software installation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Management: Administer and maintain Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive1.
• Azure and AWS Administration: Configure and manage Azure and AWS environments, including virtual machines, storage, and networking2.
• VPN Management: Set up and maintain VPN connections to ensure secure remote access for employees2.
• Full Disk Encryption (FDE): Implement and manage FDE solutions to protect sensitive data on company devices2.
• Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain firewall settings to ensure network security2.
• Software Installation and Maintenance: Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications across the organization2.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality1.
• Security Protocols: Employ the latest security protocols to protect company data and systems2.
• User Support: Provide technical support to employees, including setting up new users and resolving IT-related issues2.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure, AWS, VPN, FDE, firewall, and software installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VoIP technologies and wireless systems2.
• Familiarity with Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies2.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of network outages and slowdowns2.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
