Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure internal systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Supervise the Operations team
• Upgrade the network infrastructure.
• Install servers, devices and firewalls.
• Train new system users and set up their accounts.
• Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware.
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
• Update technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Working Experience with object oriented modern scripting or programming languages and open-source technologies will be added advantage.
• Effective communication skills with a positive attitude to engage with stakeholders.
• Experience working with backend systems and high availability systems.
• Substantial work experience on Nutanix and VMWare Environment
• Familiarity with Citrix Environment and Trouble Shooting
• Minimum 3+ years in depth experience O365 and Azure AD
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide alternative solutions to any problems.
• Update and Patch management through different patch management tools as Landex, SCCM, etc
• Demonstrated skills and experience with AD and Datacenter Management
• Understanding of web application architectures and support.
• Good experience and understanding of continuous integration and deployment process.
• Through Knowledge of DevOps structure and environment.
• Knowledge in working with AWS or other cloud platform.
