System Administrator - SAP Coordinator (20 -25K/ Month)

Overview

AP System Administration:

• Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
• Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and performance tuning of SAP servers.
• Coordinate with SAP support partners for updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP modules across departments (MM, PP, SD, FICO, etc.).
• Assist internal teams with SAP queries and resolve system-related issues.
• Maintain SAP documentation, including change logs and system configurations.

Hardware & IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all company desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network equipment.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on all IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure appropriate licensing and documentation.
• Provide end-user support for hardware issues and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

General IT Responsibilities:

• Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed, including antivirus updates and firewall configurations.
• Support software installations, OS upgrades, and user training when required.
• Maintain data security, backup policies, and disaster recovery readiness.
