Role and ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

• Flutter Development:
• Design and build high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure robust and visually appealing UI/UX designs are implemented.
• Swift Development:
• Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
• Seamlessly integrate Swift modules into existing Flutter projects, ensuring efficient communication between hybrid components.
• Leverage advanced Swift frameworks such as AVFoundation, UIKit, CoreData, and SwiftUI for robust native functionality.
• Optimize native components for performance and a seamless user experience.

Integration with Backend Services

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data storage solutions.
• Work with RESTful or GraphQL APIs for efficient data exchange.
• Implement secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Hybrid Development & Platform Expertise

• Proficient in creating and managing Platform Channels to enable seamless communication between Flutter and native Swift components.
• Debug, maintain, and optimize hybrid app architecture for scalability and performance.
• Implement efficient and smooth animations, transitions, and media playback leveraging AVFoundation.

Performance Optimization

• Ensure optimized app performance for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging across both Flutter and native iOS components.
• Resolve technical challenges effectively, focusing on performance and scalability.

QualificationsProgramming Skills

• Flutter:
• Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience building mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Swift:
• Strong proficiency in the Swift programming language.
• Experience building and maintaining native iOS applications.
• Expertise in advanced iOS frameworks like AVFoundation, UIKit, CoreData, and SwiftUI.
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid app development and integration of native modules within Flutter.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience working with Platform Channels for hybrid app integration.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL is a plus).

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
• Ability to address technical challenges effectively in both Flutter and native iOS environments.

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a remote team.

Please Note:

• This is a full-time remote position. Applicants must be able to work in the UK Time Zone (9am to 6pm).
• Working from Monday to Saturday.
• Candidates must possess both a MacOS and an iOS device for development purposes. This is essential for the role.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly basic salary: 38000 INR (equivalent in $450 USD).
• Stock options may be available after a probationary period, up to $100 USD
• Performance bonus after probationary period (details provided within three months of employment). from $50 to $200 USD
