Key Responsibilities:

Network & Server Management:

• Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
• Manage and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security, including firewalls, access controls, and regular security updates.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
• Manage and maintain company servers, including installation, configuration, and backups.

Desktop/Laptop & IT Support:

• Provide technical support for Windows/macOS/Linux-based desktops and laptops.
• Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure endpoint security, including antivirus and patch management.
• Assist employees with IT-related issues and maintain IT documentation.

Wi-Fi & Telephone Services:

• Manage corporate Wi-Fi networks, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues and optimize performance.
• Oversee telephone systems, including VoIP and PBX configurations.
• Coordinate with service providers for internet and telecom-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
