Your Role
The core business of Lipton runs on SAP’s S4Hana system. The Supply Chain IT Manager for Planning is responsible for the implementation and operation of this specific functionality and alignment to the current and future needs of the supply chain function of the business.
This role will be responsible for the delivery of new initiatives & improvements in the planning application stack of Kinaxis Rapid Response and S4H. The role is also responsible for managing vendors and services to ensure business continuity, specifically for the Planning area. Additionally, this role will bridge the gap between the vendor partner and the business and ensure the application stack, development and support meet the needs of supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the planning and implementation of IT projects related to supply chain management using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- System Optimization: Ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the Kinaxis Rapid Response system to meet business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and IT teams to align planning processes with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the Kinaxis Rapid Response system.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT planning activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What are we looking for?
Skills & Experiences
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting applications for planning capabilities and processes, experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred.
- Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the Planning supply chain process and functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing vendors effectively to optimize service and cost.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of global organizations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders and leadership teams.
