Overview
As an Associate Game Developer, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of game development, from graphics and game logic to AI and user interface. You will contribute new ideas to game design, write robust code, and even have the opportunity to independently create complete games from scratch.

- Participate in all phases of game development, including gameplay, graphics, AI, and UI.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for game features and systems.
- Develop and implement game mechanics, features, and systems within Unity (preferred) or another game engine.
- Independently create and prototype complete games from initial concept to launch.
- Support and contribute innovative ideas to game design and feature development.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to implement game concepts and features.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve game mechanics and player experience.
- Translate game design concepts into functional and efficient code.
- Implement and optimize game performance for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Integrate and utilize third-party SDKs and libraries as needed.
- Manage and maintain game assets and resources.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.
- Optimize game performance and memory usage.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure stability and functionality.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
- Communicate technical concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Take responsibility for individual tasks and collaborate to achieve team goals.
- Implement and integrate game analytics to track player behavior and performance.
- Understand and apply free-to-play game design principles.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in game development.
- Proven experience developing and launching mobile games on iOS and Android.
- Strong professional experience using Unity (preferred) or other game engines.
- Wide understanding of different game technology areas (gameplay, graphics, tools, etc.)
- Proficiency in C# or other relevant programming languages.
- Ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases.
- Experience with mobile game optimization.
- Experience with analytics integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- A strong passion for games and a deep understanding of game mechanics.
- Ability to visualize how systems work and translate them to code.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Experience with 3D game development.
- Experience with shader programming.
- Experience with game server development.
- Understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
- Experience with other game engines
