- Managing and analyzing business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts - Conducting client meetings to discuss and eliciting client requirements
- Working closely with client and project teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery
- Independently facilitating user groups to drive consensus
- Responsible for maintaining product backlogs
- Responsible for managing any change requests related to the working project plans and operational impact of any changes
- Ability to write detailed descriptions and analysis of user needs business impacts and systems functionality for software development life cycle
- Prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Maintaining user confidence and protecting confidential information
- Ability to work independently and share learnings with fellow colleagues
- Conducting insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Understanding the project schedule and plan/prioritize work schedule for a team to meet time deadlines consistently
- Delivering all assigned tasks on time/ahead of time with expected quality
- Coordinating with technology teams explaining the requirements and getting deliverable timelines to be shared with the clients
- Responsible for leading from front the system validation events, user acceptance testing, user training and go live
- Responsible for conducting demos and product workshop sessions to potential clients
- Taking ownership of projects assigned with successful deliveries and recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions etc.,
