Overview

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience in launching software products, testing and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Experience in people and team management.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud native applications development.
• Ability to integrate public policy with business strategy.
• Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and managing a team of software engineers for Open Networks, and providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers in the team.
• You will collaborate with the leadership, product management and the team, to define the technical direction, roadmap and the milestones for projects.
• Create scalable, reliable, and performance solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of customers.
• Contribute to all technical aspects of development, including design, coding, unit testing, integration, and deployment.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
