Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Staff Data Analyst to join our team reporting to a Director of Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with logistics, supply chain, and product management to understand analytics needs, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to decision-makers
• Analyzing data to address key questions, identify drivers of business performance, and highlight areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Creating and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Evaluating organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
• Reviewing processes within the group and work with other functional groups to streamline accordingly
  
  
  

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
• Strong Google and Microsoft suite skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
  
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
