Sr. UX Business Analyst

Snapfix is expanding it’s team and now looking for a UX Business Analyst (with a strong background in business analysis and UX) to join our team. This role bridges the gap between our customer needs and the user’s experience, ensuring our product delivers overwhelming value.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine the ‘must have’ requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications.
• Liaise closely with our customers as we continually iterate to Product-Market-Fit (PMF).

UX Customer-focused Design

• Start with the customer and work back. Define and optimize user journeys for the Snapfix mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with the design team to create simple and intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate our designs based on user feedback.

Hospitality Industry Focus

• Apply industry knowledge to create solutions tailored for hospitality and FM.
• Identify pain points in hotel/facility management workflows and improve efficiency.
• Work with compliance and operations teams to enhance system usability.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis & UX/UI design. Strong knowledge of wireframing & prototyping tools (including Figma). Experience working with task management, maintenance, or hospitality tech. Understanding of user research methodologies. Understanding of data-driven UX design.Familiarity with AI-powered UX tools & automation in UX research. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with lean methodologies & product development cycles. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
