Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user experiences for UAV control interfaces, ground station software, and data analytics dashboards. You will work closely with engineers, pilots, and stakeholders to ensure seamless interaction between human operators and autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, mission-critical user interfaces for UAV control, monitoring, and data visualization applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to enhance operator efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with software developers, control engineers, and UAV operators to define UX requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and desktop applications.
• Implement responsive, real-time dashboards to display telemetry, video feeds, and mission status.
• Optimize UI for touchscreen, handheld, and AR/VR-based control systems.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components using modern front-end frameworks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, HMI best practices, and regulatory requirements for UAV software interfaces.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI development, preferably in aerospace, robotics, or industrial applications.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Hands-on experience with front-end development (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing real-time dashboards, GIS-based interfaces, and control systems.
• Familiarity with HMI/UX guidelines for mission-critical applications.
• Understanding of human factors engineering, cognitive load, and UI accessibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAV, robotics, or aerospace software development.
• Knowledge of data visualization frameworks (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or 3D interface design.
• Understanding of UX considerations for AR/VR or wearable interfaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
