As part of our team, you will play an integral role in testing, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting our wide-ranging customer application systems. Through your expert knowledge and detailed manual or automated Test case design, you will provide essential services that meet and surpass customer requests. With an exciting blend of hands-on and remote work, you will serve as a valuable addition to our versatile, customer-oriented team.

• Design IT Test Cases: Analyze functional scenarios, use HLD/LLD references, draft Test cases or TOL in standardized templates, rework test case designs, clarify queries, and test signoff designs.
• Execute IT Test Cases: Identify required Test data and test environment, prepare and verify test environments and data, execute tests according to a Test case and Test Object List, document test results in standardized Test Report templates, and report test execution results.
• Troubleshoot IT Applications: Identify the issue, validate test data, setups, and scenarios, log the issue in the Defect Tracking tool, retest Defect and update tracking tool, publish defect reports, assign defects for correct fix, and maintain open communication with the development team for follow ups.
