Job Description: Sr. Test Engineer

Designation: Test Case Developer / Senior or advanced

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience

Experience & Knowledges:·

• Proven experience as a Test Case Developer
• Should have experience in Software Qualification Testing(SWE.6).
• Should have experience in DSpace/Carmaker/Controldesk for Simulation.
• Should have experience in Scripting(Capl/Python) for Automation.·
• Hands on experience in ADAS(Preferrably in Cameras) or Autonomous Vehicle.·
• Hands-on experience with testing automotive software applications.·
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.·
• Ability to analyze the requirements and derive test case specifications.·
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.·
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Description:
• Collaborate with software engineers and project managers to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.·
• Identify and prioritize test cases based on software specifications and project goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases for automotive software applications.
• Create test cases that cover a wide range of the requirements, including performance, reliability, and usability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and potential improvements.

Additional information:

• Manual testing in the beginning / Later: Increasing degree of automation
• Testing SW-toolchain is not finalized yet, under consideration (and therefore desired to have experience in) is:
• Vector Testing toolchain (CANoe, CANape) incl. coding skills to create CAPL scripts for automationo Testing tools: TPT (Tracetronic) & ECU Test (VW).
• Diagnosis tools: ODIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
