Job Description
Desirable knowledge on Microservices (API and AWS support)
Supporting all UAT environment support requests / defects in JIRA for a team of 80 staff including Root Cause analysis of issues, resolution of defects, and liaison with other operational teams for fixes.
Documenting and maintaining, all UAT environment capabilities, services and functions. Including baseline and release config documentation.
Managing all UAT baseline data, including washing, re-sizing and deploying data using in-house tooling
Processing of externally received test data, to make it available to QA teams using our in-house obfuscation processes.
Effective collaboration with other environment teams in Bangkok and UK to utilize enterprise capabilities and engage other related teams required to implement full UAT delivery
Learning and understanding of what detailed MI is required to manage the environmental issues, and availability on a scheduled basis, and including Configuration and code deployments applicable to each environment.
Take on board and learn any new tools and new processes as part of the role
Provide administrative assistance to the QA team related to UAT (logins, accesses, deployments).
Ability to prioritise workload once basis of role understood.
Ability to maintain quality standards and good practice across the IT and Business organizations.
Supporting QA team during both Integration, and UAT, and when required the Business teams during testing .
