Job Position: Tech Support Engineer
Location: Pune.
Job Details:
Technical & application support of a world class retail sales & inventory
management system used by top telecommunications service providers in
US, Europe & Asia.
Provide diagnostics & troubleshooting & solutions to product & production
issues.
Need to work in a global team located across the globe to provide product on
SLA and to meet quality standards.
Verbal and written communication with international customers.
Required Skills:
Having 2-3 years of Experience (Must).
Provide technical product support & production environment support to real
time product suite integrated with telecom BSS systems, to high profile, big
corporates and system Integration partners.
Advantage for experience in technical support of web-based enterprise
inventory management & CRM applications.
Advantage for experience and knowledge of telecom domain.
Key activities are to:
Provide remote product support, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem
troubleshooting, and the provision of solution based on configuration
parameter change or workarounds for product defects/limitations.
Provide production support on issues faced during day to day operations and
running of system real time & batch interfaces.
Should have excellent customer facing & communication skill, both written
and verbal.
Ability to handle customer expectation for issues received over email or
verbally.
Need to update customer verbally or via email on the progress made towards
resolution of an issue reported.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. (Bachelor’s in engineering) / MCA (Master’s in computer application) /
MSC (Master’s in Science)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
