Overview
We are a fast-growing, fully remote personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles. Our firm leverages cutting-edge technology to streamline case management, client communications, and internal workflows. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Integration Engineer / Automation Specialist to optimize, automate, and enhance our operations through seamless system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Leverage Zapier or similar tools to connect different platforms for automated
- Integrate RingCentral, Lead Docket, and CallRail for seamless lead tracking, communication, and attribution.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient API integrations and web services.
- Automate workflows across platforms (Filevine, Lead Docket, RingCentral, CallRail, Glip, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Email)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring seamless system operations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business teams, product managers, and IT to understand needs and define requirements for the integration.
- Understand business processes and ensure the integration optimizes workflows, improves communication, and provides insights into lead attribution.
- AI Integration & Future Scalability:
- Plan for and lead the integration of AI-driven tools, such as call transcription, analysis, and scoring, into the existing system.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that can drive efficiency in lead management and tracking.
Testing & Maintenance:
- Regularly test the integrations and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Maintain and monitor the integrations to ensure they remain functional and scalable as the business grows.
- Documentation & Process Optimization
- Develop and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, and automation blueprints.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to enhance automation and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical solutions into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
Required Tools & Technologies:
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby
- Automation & Integration Tools: Zapier, Webhooks, Make.com, API development tools
- CRM & Case Management: Filevine, Lead Docket
- Communication & Workflow: RingCentral, CallRail, Glip, Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Email)
- Version Control & Deployment: Git, Agile methodologies
- Cloud Computing Platforms (Preferred): AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development and system integration.
- Hands-on experience in CRM optimization and workflow automation.
- Strong background in database management, agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- * *Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with integrating cloud-based platforms, particularly RingCentral, Lead Docket, and CallRail (or similar platforms).
- Expertise in automation tools like Zapier, Integromat (Make), or similar integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, RESTful APIs, and working with webhooks.
- Familiarity with AI technologies for call transcription, analysis, and scoring is a plus.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and data management tools is highly desirable.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Industry-Specific Experience: Experience working within lead management, sales, or marketing platforms is a bonus.
AI Integration Experience: Prior experience with integrating AI solutions (like transcription, sentiment analysis, or call scoring) would be advantageous.
Cloud and SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS integration is highly desirable.
