What would you be doing?

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer capable of supporting our current data center environments and development teams. Our solution is a high visibility product that integrates with internal and external customer data to provide insights into customer provided product/competitor sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to build and test ansible/terraform scripts to manage our diverse environments on premises as well as on the cloud (Azure, Google, AWS)
• Support Jenkins configuration and pipelines for the teams
• Support Git server configuration and integration with Jenkins and Jira
• Participate in the agile development process, and document and communicate issues and bugs relative to DevOps tools in scrum meetings.
• Work collaboratively with both the onsite and offshore teams.
• Ability to solve problems, work on defects, and production issues.
• Participate in code release, production deployment, and production support of existing IT Solutions used to support Dev teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science preferably.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in installing and supporting applications in Unix environment as well as Unix user and group permissions.
• Nice to have experience in setting up these tools: ansible, terraform, jenkins, git, hadoop/spark, rabbitmq, redis, postgres, mysql, nexus repo, airflow, docker images, and kubernetes.
• Nice to have cloud experience (Azure, Google, AWS)
• Ability to build abstracted, modularized reusable code components.
• Able to quickly adapt and learn.
