We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the development of our Maritime Tracking and Analysis software. This role requires a deep understanding of full-stack web development, geospatial data, Docker, Kubernetes, and product management. Cloud certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the full Maritime Analysis and Tracking System, ensuring it meets business needs and technical requirements.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Ensure the product is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Create detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
• Make decisions on technology stacks and architectural patterns.
• Oversee the implementation of product features and ensure quality control.

• 4-6 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Strong understanding of building and managing geospatial data.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of product management principles.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in maritime or geospatial software development.
• Knowledge of cloud-based image production pipelines and data processing workflows.
