Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading 3 to 5 projects from start to finish and possess a deep understanding of full stack development. Additionally, experience in training and developing AI products is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end development of 3 to 5 projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define project requirements and solutions.
- Development Expertise:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- AI Product Development:
- Train, deploy, and integrate AI models into existing or new applications.
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop AI-driven features.
- Mentorship and Collaboration:
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Promote knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development and AI.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years as a Full Stack Developer.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java).
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience in training and integrating AI products.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading multiple projects from start to finish.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
