Job Summary:
- We seek a skilled and motivated Automation Tester with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium/Java to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not compromise existing functionality.
- Monitor and analyze test results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and data.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and meet software quality standards.
- Continuously improve automation processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience with testing web applications, APIs, and databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., UiPath) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
