Job Role:

Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with the organization’s goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.

Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices.

Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile Scrum environment

Devops: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts and monitoring

Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications.

Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

Technical Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation for system architectures, processes, and codebases.

Client Communication: Ensure the understanding of functionalities and transform in to best feasible technical solution

• hands-on experience in PHP – Laravel framework with Vue.js 3. Expertise in Other programming languages (like Node Js) preferred
