Overview:
Join our on-site night shift team to build and optimize a scalable React-based Admin Panel. You’ll lead front-end development with React.js, Next.js, Redux (or Context API), TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, while ensuring robust authentication, data visualization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high-performance admin panel using React.js/Next.js.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, manage authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.), and ensure security.
• Build dynamic dashboards, role-based access controls, and real-time updates.
• Optimize performance (lazy loading, bundle size) and maintain best practices for testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document project progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand) and UI framework experience (Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI).
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and REST/GraphQL integration.
• Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, and other testing frameworks.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience building large-scale admin panels and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
