Sr. QA Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Test Engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, identity and access management (IAM) testing, and working with SailPoint IAM solutions. This role will involve designing and executing test strategies to ensure the security, functionality, and reliability of SailPoint implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• SailPoint Testing: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ implementations.
• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases specific to Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Conduct both manual and automated testing for IAM workflows, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.
• Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, Bugzilla
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure IAM solutions align with security standards, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST), and governance policies.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with development team while mentoring junior QA engineers on IAM testing best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
