Sr. Python Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Python Developer to join our team for night shift operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle Python development tasks, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.
• Work on web development (Django, Flask) and scripting projects.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Handle client test tasks and ensure approval with quality delivery.
• Work independently and manage project timelines.
• Communicate regularly about project status and challenges.
• Continuously improve performance and code quality based on feedback.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Django, Flask, and FastAPI (at least two).
• Good understanding of APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and RESTful services.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (for full-stack work).
• Strong portfolio or examples of past Python projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Must be available to work night shift (Indian Standard Time).
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, or automation is a big plus.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Git, Celery, Redis, etc.
• Previous experience working with international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
