Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Python applications. This role requires expertise in backend development, API integrations, and database management, along with the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure Python applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality by following best practices, including unit testing and version control.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python and related frameworks.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Expertise in version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize application performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
