Sr. Python Developer

Overview

Responsibilities:

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Backend Development: Implement business logic and data processing functionalities using Python.
• Database Management: Interact with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to store and retrieve data.
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and identify and resolve bugs.
• Code Optimization: Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for APIs and code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Deployment: Assist with the deployment and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Staying Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Python and API development.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python: Strong understanding of Python programming concepts and best practices.
• FastAPI Expertise: Proven experience in building RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Testing: Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• RESTful APIs: Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Asynchronous Programming: Experience with asynchronous programming in Python (async/await).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
