Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core PHP with Slim Framework and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. You should be able to write clean, scalable code and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core PHP with Slim Framework and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. You should be able to write clean, scalable code and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Core PHP.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Follow industry best practices.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain current and efficient.
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Slim Framework)
- Understanding of MVC design patterns & Caching Mechanism
- Understanding of AWS & Oops concept
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
- Knowledge of security practices in web development.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of agile project management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in PHP development, specifically Core PHP.
