Job Title: Senior PHP Developer
Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.), MySQL, REST APIs, and modern web development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while leading and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and modern frameworks.
• Design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and other team members to create seamless applications.
• Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data handling with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Implement security best practices to prevent SQL injection, CSRF, XSS, and other vulnerabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and review the code of junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development with strong knowledge of OOP principles.
• Proficiency in Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter frameworks.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus).
• Proficient in Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API strategies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and server management.

Pay: ₹12,149.05 - ₹49,711.42 per month
