Network Support Service The client has two separate computer networks spread across campus area of 800 acres in more than 100 buildings. Refer to Annexure-II for more details of network equipment.

Deliverables:

a) Installation and configuration of networking switches, devices, including active and passive components.

Backup and restoration of network device configuration.

Plan and redesign network for expansion and optimization of network performance.

Maintain, configure, troubleshoot network connectivity of existing nodes. Provide new/shift the existing network nodes (Inventory required such as cables; connecters will be provided by the Client). Carry out crimping of UTP cables, /O punching on need basis.

The service provide should ensure and implement Cable dressing / restructuring as per industry standards at switch racks including all cables in the Client Data Centre as and when required.

Carry out survey (such as to measure UTP length, no. of nodes, distance between switches etc.) of existing network or for new network connectivity requirements at new buildings. Provide and deploy suitable software to maintain and configure network monitoring, availability, reliability ~ and overall maintenance so that complete network is managed from a single point.

The information regarding fault in the network nodes, servers, switches etc. should be detected through NMS. Required hardware will be provided by the CLIENT.

The NMS should be deployed on premise intranet network. No internet connection would be provided for the same. Service provide should identify, troubleshoot and rectify any fault in its operation.

Provide list of active and faulty devices at any given time through NMS. Provide statistics regarding utilization and faults occurring in the network.

Display technological graphical layouts and live status of entire network.

The service provider should carry out necessary diagnosis and splicing in case of OFC cable faults and provide report of fibre cut/damage.

The service provider should provision the necessary tools / equipment for the same such as OTDR etc. as and when required. Carry out preventive maintenance of all networking switches, racks and equipment every six months and provide compliance reports.

Firmware upgrade / patch management of the networking switches to be carried out at least on annual basis or as and when provided by respective OEMs.

Provide status report / action taken report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
