Job Summary

Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and suppor ng the company's network systems. Designs and supports LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, network segments, VPN tunnels, and Wi-Fi systems. The Sr. Network Administrator is expected to provide escala on technical support for the team and be a lead in network project implementa ons.

Primary Responsibili es

• Configure and support LANs, WANs, VPNs, IPSec tunnels, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Install and maintain network hardware and so.ware and create network diagrams and SOP’s.
• Analyze and isolate network issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users and systems.
• Complete firewall and switch log reviews to iden fy areas of opportunity.
• Evaluate and modify system configura ons to improve network performance.
• Complete service desk ckets.
• Develop automa on scripts for Firewall and Switches.
• Resolve Escala ons needs for the Networking team.
• Determine network and system requirements.
• Support rela onship development with ISPs across India loca ons (TATA, Airtel, etc.)
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Ensure network connec vity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considera ons.
• Design and deploy networks infrastructure, including VLANs, DHCP scopes, firewall access rules etc.
• Assign rou ng protocols and rou ng table configura on for Layer3 site to site and switch rou ng.
• Support customers with IPSEC tunnel configura ons using Phase 2 NAT’ing.
• Manage Cisco switch stacks in opera ons centers.
• Assign configura on of authen ca on and authoriza on of directory services.
• Support scaled deployments of VPN configura ons and other network op miza ons.
• Maintain Intrusion Detec on, Intrusion Preven on, and network AV/AM systems.

Pay: ₹195,073.26 - ₹600,000.00 per year
