As we continue to expand our digital capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure

Role Overview

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be the backbone of our network architecture and operations. Your role involves managing end-to-end network services—ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security across our global network.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to support mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Design & Architecture: Design and implement robust LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud-integrated networks.
• Routing & Switching: Configure and maintain enterprise-grade routers and switches (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Firewall & Security: Deploy and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other network security solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose network issues using monitoring tools and performance data; optimize for uptime and efficiency.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in infrastructure and migration projects, upgrades, and network transformation initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable network solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration documents, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Compliance & Security Standards: Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.).
• Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Zabbix to monitor network health and generate performance reports.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise

• Proficiency in Layer 2/3 technologies: VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, NAT, QoS.
• Experience with enterprise-grade hardware: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
• In-depth understanding of firewall configuration, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), and NAC solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and/or SDN technologies.
• Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash) for automation and configuration management.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Cisco CCNP / CCIE
• Juniper JNCIP / JNCIE
• Palo Alto PCNSE

Experience

• 5 to 10+ years in enterprise or service provider network environments.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing complex network projects.
• Exposure to global or multi-location networks preferred.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
