Job Overview:
The Business Analyst - Excellence Profile will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind-set, a passion for excellence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Analysis: Analyse business needs, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
· Data Interpretation: Gather, interpret, and analyse data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
· Solution Development: Develop and recommend solutions to business challenges, including process enhancements, technology implementations, and strategic initiatives.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress.
· Process Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices and methodologies to enhance business operations.
· Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects related to business analysis and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of driving business excellence and transformation.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
