About the Role:

As a Network Specialist/Infrastructure Lead , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure that supports our global operations. Your expertise will ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of our network systems, directly contributing to our operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

· Network Infrastructure Management: Design and implement strategies for the maintenance and expansion of our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Server Management: Lead initiatives for server installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, guaranteeing secure and smooth operations.

· Security and Connectivity: Manage network security protocols, server connectivity, and internet domain oversight.

· Performance Analysis: Conduct regular tests and analyses on network performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary.

· Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and training to junior network staff, fostering a collaborative environment with the IT team on various projects.

· Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve complex network issues, recommend system upgrades, and evaluate new technologies for potential integration.

· Technology Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in network infrastructure and security, assessing their applicability to meet our strategic goals.

Requirements:

· Education: Master’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· Certifications: CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Cisco Academy Trained Engineer; Zscaler Admin and other relevant certifications are preferred.

· Experience: At least relevant experience between 7 Yrs To 10 Yrs of in network infrastructure leadership, with a strong emphasis on server management.

· Skills: Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, security, data communications, and server management. Proficiency in using advanced network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

· Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Eligibility:

· Communicative: Adept in English and possess strong communication skills.

· Collaborative: A team player who excels in collaborative environments.

· Adaptable: Skilled in problem-solving, adaptability, and time management.

· Detail-Oriented: Attentive to details with a proactive approach to challenges.

· Experience In Technologically Savvy: Familiar with Zscaler, SASE, and other relevant network security technologies.
