Job Title: Java Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Java Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Java 8, Microservices, Multi-threading, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA, and Hibernate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web-based applications, implementing SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and working with Agile methodologies. The role requires expertise in building high-performance applications with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Java 8, SQL, Servlets, JSTL, JSP, XML, Java-API, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Build scalable and efficient Microservices following best practices.
- Implement multithreading and concurrency for optimized application performance.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP Web Services using JAX-WS, WSDL, and REST API.
- Work with JPA and Hibernate for database management and ORM implementation.
- Deploy applications using Apache Tomcat Server and WebSphere Application Server.
- Utilize Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless development and deployment.
- Participate in the Agile development process, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure high-quality code with unit testing and adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Microservices, Multi-threading, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Servlets, JSTL, JSP, XML, and Java-API.
- Experience in SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) using SOAP, WSDL, RESTful APIs, and JAX-WS.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat Server and WebSphere Application Server.
- Proficiency in Jenkins for setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong systems analysis, design, and architecture fundamentals.
- Experience in unit testing and working across different phases of the SDLC.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and reliable code for scalable applications.
