Sr. Java Developer

Overview

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Java Developer with 4+, 6+ and 8+ years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, front-end teams, and developers to create end-to-end solutions.
• Write high-quality, efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions to maintain coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Required Experience & Skills:

Candidates with 4+ years, 6+ years, and 8+ years of experience should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices, with expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.

• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
• Senior candidates (6+ and 8+ years) should possess advanced problem-solving skills, system architecture knowledge, and the ability to mentor and lead teams.
• Mid-level candidates (4–5 years) should demonstrate strong debugging, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills within an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
